The Home Ownership Moves the Economy(HOME) Act of 2009 seeks to continue the positive impact of the First Time Home Buyer Credit program and even kick it into overdrive. The assumption being it will be a major incentive to those on the fence regarding home ownership.
Some of the proposed changes include:
- The removal of income restrictions
- Buyers need not be first time buyers!
